It’s a pleasure to offer you a different kind of Datejust. We all know the icon and we all know the Datejust is one of the most desirable models from Rolex. The Datejust distinguished itself because of its classic and timeless design.
The gold and steel combination is not for everyone, but it certainly is more unique than its stainless steel brother. This particular example features a blue Vignette dial together with diamond hour-markers.
The vignette dials are created in the same process as the beautiful and collectible Stella dials, through first rotating the dial while applying a lacquer, then varnishing the outer edges to produce a magnificent transition of bright to deep, dark, color on the dial. You either love it or hate it, but you can’t deny the coolness and uniqueness of a design like this.
